This notice covers the MEF public website and registration portal. Registration collects your name, professional details, nationality, city and country of residence, email, telephone number, participation category and any additional information you choose to provide.
How the information is used
MEF uses this information to review participation requests, manage invitations and accreditation, communicate application updates, and support event check-in. Your application reference and email are used together to retrieve limited application status information.
Please avoid including passport numbers, payment details or other sensitive information in the optional free-text fields.
Website preferences and external services
The public website remembers your language and navigation preferences in your browser. Links to social platforms and other external websites are governed by those services’ own privacy notices. Registration acknowledgements and updates are sent by email.
Privacy enquiries and corrections
To request a correction or ask about access, deletion, retention periods, service providers or the handling of your information, contact the MEF Secretariat. Include your application reference if relevant; do not email a password or your QR credential.
